Our journey

Our story began not with inherited land or ancient estates but beside our dear grandmother, affectionately known as “Dada.” It was she who first showed us the simple yet magical art of creating olive oil by hand. Her rustic “leg-pressed oil,” crafted lovingly in our childhood home, sparked an enduring appreciation for the land’s gifts and left an indelible mark on our hearts.

As adults, our passion for olive oil reignited vividly in Italy. Inspired by the Tuscan countryside and under the careful guidance of seasoned olive-growers Luigi and Franco, we dreamed of bringing that profound craftsmanship back home to Albania. The Italian experience gave us insight into the nuances of cultivation, harvest, and the delicate balance required to produce extraordinary oil.

Today, as we lovingly cultivate our groves, each moment spent among the olive trees reconnects us with our childhood memories. Pruning is more than maintenance—it is a deep, personal conversation with nature. Our careful and gentle approach, believing each tree possesses its unique personality, guides every interaction and decision we make.
